Quality and standards

Mosa tiles satisfy the strictest requirements and are of very high quality. Our tiles conform to standards that are stricter than the NEN-EN 14411 BIII standards for ceramic wall tiles, the NEN-EN 14411 BIIa standards for glazed floor tiles and the NEN-EN 14411 BIa standards for unglazed floor tiles. And, of course, our glass and stainless steel tiles conform to the same standards.

CE marking

Since recently, all Mosa products have carried the CE marking. This means that they have been tested against the European standards for ceramic tiles. For the relevant documentation, see the tables:

NEN-EN ISO 14001

For Mosa, spearheading the move towards sustainability is one of our most important tasks. For years, we have focused special attention on the environment, as well as safe and healthy working conditions for our staff. In the near future, Mosa will take further steps in these areas. Since 2007, Mosa has been able to meet the ISO 14001 standard for the management of our environment and has received the certificate for this in 2008.

Safety

Mosa tiles are produces by the most advanced production methodes and high quality comodoties. Only this makes us meet the high quality standards our tiles have.
To make sure that during the installation and fixing of our tiles, the safety of the installer is secured, Royal Mosa set up her on Safety Data Sheet. This sheet is made for glazed wall tiles and for unglazed floor tiles. Below you can download the sheets in PDF format. More information can be found on the sheet itself.
