Organisation

Royal Mosa is an innovative, international company with branches and employees in various countries. We currently employ over 550 staff, approximately two-thirds of whom are involved in production-related tasks and one-third in our other departments. The work performed in our production departments is conducted in a highly-expert technical environment in 2, 3 and 5 shifts. Mosa recently received the award for the best training company in the process industry in the Netherlands in 2007.

Terms of employment

Royal Mosa has drawn up its own collective labour agreement (CAO) and offers excellent terms and conditions of employment, including a good pension scheme, a fixed end-of-year bonus, a profit-share scheme, a collective health insurance policy, a salary savings scheme and bicycle purchase scheme. The CAO also includes provisions in the field of health and safety at work.
